Last May, I attended my first Mind Body Spirit Festival in London—and it was nothing short of magical. As I plan to return this year, I wanted to share that first experience with you. It’s a story of connection, courage, and stepping into visibility with my spiritual gifts.

What struck me immediately was how liberating it felt—a space where you didn’t have to hide who you are. I first heard about the festival during lockdown through a private student group formed while studying at The College of Psychic Studies in London. Students from around the world were buzzing with excitement, discussing workshops, healing sessions, and international speakers. Until then, I hadn’t realized how well-known and respected this four-day event was.

As I explored the program, I discovered a rich tapestry of offerings: Aura readings, a Ceremony Space, Oasis of Sound and Meditation, a Wellbeing Studio, and a Main Stage featuring world-renowned spiritual leaders. I was amazed that something this vibrant and international had completely escaped my radar—yet it seemed like everyone else knew about it and was making plans to attend together.

As I dove deeper into the schedule, I found myself overwhelmed by the choices. The event hosts a multiverse of holistic practitioners, each offering unique insights through talks, workshops, and experiential sessions. Choosing just one day felt nearly impossible.

Initially, I planned to attend with a dear friend I met online during our psychic mediumship studies, someone I had finally met in person after years of virtual connection. We shared a beautiful afternoon catching up over a pub lunch, talking about our journeys and how we discovered our gifts. But in the end, she couldn’t make it—and I was left with a decision.

Would I still go?

The answer, from deep within, was yes.

I wanted to see someone I’d been following on YouTube who had just released a book, and I was committed to honouring the inner promise I had made to myself:

“One day, I will be visible. I will find my identity. I will come out of the spiritual closet and support others to reconnect with themselves, heal, and become who they truly are.”

Because love begins with you.

Self-care is not a luxury—it’s a sacred responsibility. Creating space to simply be is a revolutionary act.

That day at the festival became a powerful affirmation of my path. I was immersed in transformative energy—from insightful talks to heart-opening meditations. I explored holistic products, healing modalities, and met kindred spirits all on their own spiritual quests.

Some of the highlights included:

  • Lorna Byrne, the international spiritual teacher and bestselling author of Angels in My Hair. Having grown up in a Catholic family in Italy, I deeply resonated with her story. Her words reminded me that accepting your spiritual gifts is not a betrayal of your past—it’s an honouring of your soul.

  • Marie Diamond, the world-renowned Feng Shui Master featured in The Secret. Experiencing her wisdom live was profound. I even got a signed copy of her book Feng Shui Your Life!

  • Flavia Kate Peters, a celebrity witch and High Priestess whose energy immediately clicked with mine. Her Archangel Activation sound meditation was pure magic—barefoot, cross-legged, surrounded by angelic frequencies and the loving presence of others. It was sacred, healing, and vibrantly alive.

  • Kwali Kumara, a radiant force of kundalini yoga and gong meditation. Her energy was electrifying and deeply nurturing. I cannot wait to attend her session again this year.

I also met many wonderful souls that day, some of whom I’ve kept in touch with, and I’m excited to reconnect with them again this year.

✨ A Simple Takeaway for You

Create intentional space for your spiritual self.

Even if you’re not ready to attend a big event like this, start with a small daily ritual—a mindful walk, five minutes of silence, journaling, or simply placing your hand on your heart and asking, what do I need today?

When you make space for yourself, you open the door to alignment, growth, and healing. That’s where your transformation begins.

If you feel called to explore the Mind Body Spirit Festival yourself, I’ve included the link to this year’s program below. You may just find a workshop or teacher that speaks directly to your soul.
