As I sit here dictating these thoughts, I can feel a beautiful vibrational energy coming through me. The inspiration feels strong and emotional, and I feel prompted to record it as it flows. This is not something I normally do in this way, but today I’m simply trusting the moment and allowing the sensations to guide my words. Sometimes the most powerful messages arrive when we slow down.

February always feels like a quiet bridge for me, a moment to soften after the rush of January and to gently ask a deeper question: how do I want this year to truly feel? The first writing of the year came to me early, on Monday 5 January 2026. Stillness. A new morning. A notebook waiting. And one simple question rose from my soul before my mind had time to interfere: What’s new?

Last October, I had the incredible honour of being invited to lead a workshop at the National Conference for Spirituality in Education at Teachers College, Columbia University in New York City.

After nearly two years wrestling with printers, templates, saturations, lighting and typography, I’m finally bringing to life the most precious collection of my artwork, a project I never imagined I would create. This collection grew out of a time of intense personal struggle: years of family conflict, unmet forgiveness, and a breakdown that left me feeling lost and hopeless.
