This month, I want to share a message that has been echoing in my heart: Live your life fully without hesitation and without regret.
This realisation came to me as I returned to the UK after an intense, transformative journey through Egypt. Coming home, the hardest part wasn’t unpacking my suitcase; it was re-adapting to daily life after being immersed in energies that changed me. It required reclaiming my space and gently releasing anything that no longer served me. Who actually enjoys doing that? Not many… but this time, it was exactly what I needed.
For years, I dreamed of travelling to Egypt, a place I’ve always felt mysteriously connected to, as if I belonged there. Finally stepping onto that sacred land, seeing temples and landscapes I had envisioned since childhood, was absolutely mind-blowing. I was nervous at first; travelling with a group of strangers can feel daunting. But as our days filled with workshops, rituals, and shared experiences, something extraordinary unfolded. Childhood memories resurfaced, healing techniques returned to me, and revelations came through so powerfully that I felt my inner world flip upside down in the best possible way.
There were moments when I wondered:
Had I been here before? In another lifetime? Was this journey always meant to happen?
Interestingly, the trip was originally scheduled for February, but unforeseen circumstances prevented me from going. It was cancelled and rescheduled for October, perfect timing, as it turned out. I now understand that I needed to arrive as the version of myself I had grown into over the past year. It was as if my spirit team rearranged everything to guide me back to a place I had seen so many times in meditation at the beginning of my spiritual journey.
And so, by what felt like divine orchestration, I fulfilled my lifelong dream. I reconnected with the magic of Egypt, no longer just a vision but a reality that touched my soul deeply.
The sacred sites felt like home. Ancient energies welcomed me with a familiarity that can’t be explained, only felt.

Sitting in front of the pyramids was overwhelming. It wasn’t just a dream fulfilled; it was a profound, almost cosmic understanding of the sacredness of these sites. I felt immense respect for the land, its history, its energy, its role in humanity’s evolution. The messages I received there still echo through me.
We are here to have a human experience, but moments like these remind us that we are also so much more.

One of the most magical experiences was visiting the Valley of the Kings and Queens in Luxor. Before sunrise, we boarded a minivan thinking it was just our group only to realize dozens of other minibuses were joining us. As the sky slowly turned gold, we saw around 55 hot air balloons preparing for flight. The organization, the anticipation, the unity of strangers from all over the world was breathtaking.
Floating over Luxor as the sun rose was truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment. We were wrapped in silence, awe, and pure connection with nature.

The Nile cruise was another highlight. Drifting gently down the river, sipping hot tea, and creating art inspired by the messages of the Nile felt deeply sacred. Using soft pastels, we created small collages filled with symbols and intuitive imagery. Later that night, we shared our pieces and the insights they brought. The river spoke to each of us differently, offering guidance, healing, and understanding of a land that has endured through time.
We stayed at El Bawaba Lodge in Luxor, a tranquil retreat with only 24 rooms, designed as an eight-pointed star, a modern temple in the Sahara landscape. The rooftop view was incredible, with the Theban Hills on one side and the Nile on the other. Many of us spent quiet moments there, journaling, meditating, or simply absorbing the energy at sunset just before dinner.

The El Bawaba Lodge is run by Ash a visionary soul dedicated to exploring the hidden depths of our planet’s ancient wisdom. At first, the location felt isolated, but as the days passed, it became clear that this solitude was intentional and an invitation to journey inward.
Our workshops were guided by June Elleni, a spirit-inspired artist, mentor, and author whose teachings helped us deepen our connection with ourselves and our human experience.
By the end of the retreat, we were no longer strangers; we were a circle of souls connected by something ancient, profound, and beautifully transformative.
My journey may have unfolded in Egypt, but the message is universal. You can begin living more fully today:
Listen to the quiet pull in your heart. Your soul knows where it wants to go, trust the whispers.
Release what no longer serves you. Whether it’s old energy, outdated beliefs, or environments that dim your light, letting go opens the door to transformation.
Allow yourself to dream again. If a vision keeps returning, it’s not random, it's guidance.
Make room for magic. Your life expands the moment you stop controlling every detail and allow the universe to meet you halfway.
